The 25-year-old has agreed a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge and is reunited with Enzo Maresca, having worked with the Italian at the King Power Stadium last season.The midfielder’s departure is a blow for Leicester before their return to the Premier League but the transfer will help significantly in their attempts to stay within the division’s profitability and sustainability rules (PSR). The fee is recorded as pure profit as Dewsbury-Hall came through the ranks at Leicester.
