Harry Kane then headed the winner in the first minute of extra time to set up a quarter-final against Switzerland.Elsewhere, Spain came from behind to beat a spirited Georgia team 4-1 with goals from Dani Olmo, Nico Williams, Fabián Ruiz and Rodri.
